Unnamed sources are telling the National Enquirer that Tom is allegedly so concerned by the visible signs of being 48-years old that he?s recently begun using Katie?s cosmetics to hide the evidence.
?Tom is in major mid-life crisis mode,? says the snitch. ?He?s freaking out over the new lines on his face, the gray hairs on his head and on his face when he shaves. He?s started applying Katie?s high-priced face creams, cleansers and even her makeup ? and he loves the results!?
The insider claims that Tom is now a daily user of his wife?s high-priced cosmetics, including one Dior face cream that retails for a cool $320. He also uses facial masks every day, just like his wife.
?He even slathers on Katie?s foundation before public events and lightly applies her mascara to make his eyelashes look fuller,? the source claims. ?Tom?s incredibly vain, and he?ll go to great lengths to look good next to his younger co-stars.?
And how, you might wonder, is Mrs. Cruise coping with this?
