But her high-profile flirtation with Eduardo Cruz, the younger brother of Oscar winner Penelope Cruz, may have resolved the doubts.
The 35-year old actress was first seen getting close to Eduardo ? who is ten years her junior ? back in December at her home in LA. Her reps flatly denied any hint of a romance of course, but last weekend the pair were spied kissing on a friend?s yacht in Miami. And TMZ has a picture, so further denial seems pointless.
A source close to the new couple also says Penelope had a hand in this ? The 36-year old star played matchmaker, bringing Eva and her brother together at a party over the holidays. And it seems to have worked.
?They?ve been on a few dates,? says the source, ?but there was never anything going on before the split. They?re having fun but he knows Eva?s just out of a marriage and he?s not really looking for anything serious.?
