If we didn?t know better ? and by ?better? we mean the fact Peter Andre is currently in a relationship with Elen Rivas ? we could have sworn that Amy Childs and Peter Andre were sharing passionate embrace during a night out in Essex.
However, we are reliably informed that the Only Way Is Essex star and the Australian singer ? who were both being filmed for the hit reality TV show - are just good friend and Pete was actually at Sugarhut to watch his brother DJ.
However, an onlooker at the club told the Daily Star Sunday, ?No one could quite believe what they were seeing.
?Amy was all over Peter and he was loving the attention like a kid in a sweet shop. It was as if they were already a couple.
?You would never have guessed he had a girlfriend from the way they were behaving and giggling at each other.?
That being said Childs wasted no time in taking to her Twitter to defend the rumours, ?Don?t believe what you read in the papers today xx? she said.

David Boreanaz settles sexual harassment lawsuit filed by actress on Bones set
A former extra on ?Bones? claimed� he allegedly made some very aggressive and unwelcome advances towards her and filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him.
According to the lawsuit filed last July, Kristina Hagan met Boreanaz in 2009 while working as an extra, and he offered to give her a ride home, during which he�told her he was attempting to find the right role for her, saying he was�?the boss? who ?could make things happen for her.? Then he allegedly took Hagan to a park, where, according to the suit, he tried to force himself on her.
?[David] attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away,? the lawsuit stated. ?[He then] unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated.?
Per court papers later that same month,� Boreanaz who has been married to Playboy Playmate Jaime Bergman since 2001, sent ?inappropriate text messages,? and tried to put the moves on her again�in his trailer.
As for the claim above that the former Angel star is no angel, let?s recall that before she turned her attentions to Tiger Woods, Boreanaz allegedly had a torrid affair with Rachel Uchitel, while his wife was pregnant.
Boreanaz also went public on May 3, admitting that he has been unfaithful to his wife with another woman (supposedly not Uchitel) saying: ?She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed?.?
He also made the statement that made it sound like this wasn?t the only affair saying:
?Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities. I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible.?
As for this latest ?misunderstanding,? at the time of the lawsuit, Boreanaz?s well known pitbull lawyer Marty Singer slammed Hagan?s claims, branding them ?totally fabricated and absurd?.
But rather than taking their chances in court Singer has quietly worked out a confidential settlement, with Gloria Allred, who represented Hagan.� But why?� I doubt there were witnesses to the car and trailer incident so perhaps there really were text messages to support Hagan?s case?
