David Boreanaz settles sexual harassment lawsuit filed by actress on Bones set

(HMG Celebrity News) ? Angel just doesn?t seem to be much of an angel or a gentleman after all?� David Boreanaz, who now plays FBI special agent Seeley Booth, on the hit FOX series ?Bones,? has buried another sexually related legal matter today.

A former extra on ?Bones? claimed� he allegedly made some very aggressive and unwelcome advances towards her and filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him.

According to the lawsuit filed last July, Kristina Hagan met Boreanaz in 2009 while working as an extra, and he offered to give her a ride home, during which he�told her he was attempting to find the right role for her, saying he was�?the boss? who ?could make things happen for her.? Then he allegedly took Hagan to a park, where, according to the suit, he tried to force himself on her.

?[David] attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away,? the lawsuit stated. ?[He then] unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated.?

Per court papers later that same month,� Boreanaz who has been married to Playboy Playmate Jaime Bergman since 2001, sent ?inappropriate text messages,? and tried to put the moves on her again�in his trailer.

As for the claim above that the former Angel star is no angel, let?s recall that before she turned her attentions to Tiger Woods, Boreanaz allegedly had a torrid affair with Rachel Uchitel, while his wife was pregnant.

Boreanaz also went public on May 3, admitting that he has been unfaithful to his wife with another woman (supposedly not Uchitel) saying: ?She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed?.?

He also made the statement that made it sound like this wasn?t the only affair saying:

?Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities. I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible.?

As for this latest ?misunderstanding,? at the time of the lawsuit, Boreanaz?s well known pitbull lawyer Marty Singer slammed Hagan?s claims, branding them ?totally fabricated and absurd?.

But rather than taking their chances in court Singer has quietly worked out a confidential settlement, with Gloria Allred, who represented Hagan.� But why?� I doubt there were witnesses to the car and trailer incident so perhaps there really were text messages to support Hagan?s case?
