Owen Wilson doesn't expect his baby son Robert Ford to enjoy watching his animated 'Cars' movies until he is at least five years old.
Owen Wilson thinks it will be a long time before his son appreciates his work.
The 42-year-old actor - who has six-month-old Robert Ford with Jade Duell - voices racing car Lightning McQueen in forthcoming animated sequel 'Cars 2 and while the film series is a hit with younger viewers, he doesn't think his baby will want to see it just yet.
He said: "I know that with my nephew who's 11, he loved the first 'Cars' and is really excited to see this, it seems until kids are around maybe five or something, they don't really appreciate it.
Is he playing with Lightning toys yet? No.

The 'Zoolander' star loved being asked to work for Pixar again because he thinks the company's movies have an enduring quality and commercial appeal like nothing else he has worked on.
He told website HeyUGuys: "I grew up like most American kids, you get up for Saturday morning cartoons and zonk out for four hours to that. When I was a kid the movies disappeared a bit and it seems like they made a comeback with Pixar.
"The company have managed to make these movies that stand the test of time and they've entered the culture in the way that nothing else I've worked on does."
