Emma Watson has been unveiled as the new face of French cosmetics brand Lanc�me after dropping a string of hints of Twitter.
Last Friday the Harry Potter star dropped Tweeted, ?A new venture is starting ? what can it be? Follow my clues and you will see...?
She then cryptically added, ?Are you keeping pace? No? Don?t lose face, it?s not a race. We share our birthplace...?
Before finally concluding, ?This Pretty Woman was their latest recruit. Other actresses have previously followed suit.?
Now if you hadn?t already worked it out Emma was born in Paris and Julia Roberts is of course the current face of Lanc�me, clever eh?
So anyway, a short while ago the former Burberry model confirmed she?ll be following in the footsteps of Anne Hathaway and Kate Winslet to name but a few, when she fronts the upcoming�ad campaign.
The 20-year-old said, ?It starts with an L and ends with an E. I?m sure you have guessed the new face of Lanc�me is me! :-)?
The president of Lanc�me, Youcef Nabi then added, ?Thanks to her charm, romanticism and her incredible modernity, Emma Watson has become the icon of her generation.
